Mr. Dedan Otiato is an outstanding specialist and supplier of integrated services in Civil Engineering infrastructural projects. In 2007 he graduated with a First Class Degree Environmental and Biosystems Engineering from the University of Nairobi. At VARDE, Mr Otiato is the Director of Operations. He has conducted professional training in the following areas:

He has more than 10 years experience providing to clients, a full range of services from pre-feasibility studies, feasibility studies, financial studies and investment analyses, system master planning, field investigations and design, elaboration of procurement documents, and technical assistance during the implementation phases, as well as studies and technical support regarding maintenance issues in Water and Environmental Engineering Projects.
